stop a panic attack is to recognize the triggers that
provoke an attack. These triggers can be certain
situations, certain types of people or animals, or certain
issues that the person has to confront. Once the triggers

themselves and expect quick solutions. They need to
have a gracious attitude toward themselves so that their

more pressure and cause a panic attack. They should
also stop smoking, drinking or using caffeine so that these
things do not induce a panic attack.
